Simple, easy to make low carb protein bars that you can make at home. There are no sugar alcohols or fillers and are as about as natural as a protein bar can get! Ingredients: 150g Protein Powder (Vanilla or choc) 40g Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 80g Lite Cream cheese Directions: 1. Line a 15cm x 10cm plastic container with gladbake non-stick paper 2. Melt coconut oil & cream cheese together in microwave until soft and slightly melted (Approx1-2 min on med power) 3. Low Carb Chocolate “Mousse” / Chocolate Whipped Cream Dessert

Low Carb Chocolate “Mousse” / Chocolate Whipped Cream Dessert. Quick & Easy – 2 Minutes from start to finish. Fidget For Fitness’ Chocolate “Mousse” / Chocolate Whipped Cream Dessert 16 oz. heavy whipping cream 2 heaping T. Ghirardelli Unsweetened Baking Cocoa 2 ½ T. Granulated Splenda ½ T. Vanilla Extract (OPTIONAL– Do not add if you are on Induction) 4 Sliced Strawberries or Raspberries for garnishment (OPTIONAL — Do not add if you are on Induction or not up to the berry rung on OWL) 1. Put all heavy cream, cocoa, Splenda and Vanilla extract in Kitchen Aid with whisk attachment. 2. Whisk slowly for a few seconds until cocoa is incorporated 3. Whisk on high until cream is a light, fluffy whipped cream consistency. Don’t whip too long or you’ll have chocolate butter. 4. Spoon into ramekins, or dessert dishes and garish with berries. ***You can also put the mousse in glasses and layer with berries if you are on Atkins and up to the berry rung on OWL. Store remaining “mousse” in a air-tight container in the refrigerator.

HCG Phase 2 Recipes Steak Fajitas and Coffee Chocolate Delight- December 28, 2009, 08:17 PM

Just sharing some awesome recipes for Coffee flavored Choc Delight and seriously the best steak fajitas I have ever had. Beats any restaurant I have ever been to. If you are in P3 add Guac, sour cream, lots more cheese, and I personally add refried beans and have no scale troubles but, some would tell you that you cant have the refried beans. Just letting you know that I am able to get away with it. I also read the south beach diet from cover to cover and really learned so much about nutrition. I recommend everyone on this Protocol read that book. I think the knowledge that I gained from that book was what has enabled me to go outside the protocol and make smart decisions about what I eat while on HCG and of course watching other people on Youtube experiment and then try for myself. video. Chocolate Tasting Evening – April 2009 in Redditch

A Chocolate Tasting Evening in Redditch attracted 50 people. Over 30 varieties and flavours of chocolate were donated by various generous companies and we spent all evening sampling them! It was choccy heaven!! The event was arranged by Redditch Vegetarians and Vegans and took place on Wed 1st April 2009. All of the chocolate was vegan and much of it was organic, handmade, fairtrade or raw. Many choccy tasters filled in comment slips, providing the manaufacturers with essential feedback. This is my recipe for a white chocolate peppermint mocha. I love the one that comes around seasonally at Starbucks, but the calorie and sugar count is INSANE, so I now make my own.
