Just sharing some awesome recipes for Coffee flavored Choc Delight and seriously the best steak fajitas I have ever had. Beats any restaurant I have ever been to. If you are in P3 add Guac, sour cream, lots more cheese, and I personally add refried beans and have no scale troubles but, some would tell you that you cant have the refried beans. Just letting you know that I am able to get away with it. I also read the south beach diet from cover to cover and really learned so much about nutrition. I recommend everyone on this Protocol read that book. I think the knowledge that I gained from that book was what has enabled me to go outside the protocol and make smart decisions about what I eat while on HCG and of course watching other people on Youtube experiment and then try for myself. video. Low Carb Cauliflower Bisque: 1 small onion, diced 2 stalks celery, finely sliced 1 TBS butter 1 Medium cauliflower, chopped 3 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup cream Salt and pepper Courtesy of Linda’s Low Carb (genaw.com In a large frying pan, saute the onion and celery until translucent and tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cauliflower and the broth; bring to boil. Change heat to medium-low for 20-25 minutes. Add Cream. Use a stick blender or blender to liquify the soup until completely smooth and thick. Add salt and pepper, if needed. Optional toppings: Cheddar cheese or real bacon bits. Makes about 8 servings.
